Individual sessions provide a safe and confidential space for you to work through issues such as anxiety, sadness, trauma, self-doubt, and low self-esteem. They are more intimate than group sessions and allow you to delve deeper into your unique story, craft individually-focused goals, and share more personally and intimately.
